Wellness Rx Program

Billing / Superbill

Twilio SMS Configuration

Clover POS Integration

The API Token and Ecommerce private token are stored in Google Secret Manager, not Firestore. See SECRETS.md for the rotation commands. The tokenizer key below is Clover's public (publishable) key.

Card on File powers saved-card charging: no-show fees, Wellness Rx refills, and in-office checkout. Card numbers are entered only into Clover-hosted fields — they never touch this app. Disabling it hides every card surface and blocks all charging instantly. Order/inventory sync is separate and OFF by default (the "Sync Services" button and auto-sync on checkout). It stays off until service names are scrubbed for HIPAA — it is enabled only by setting cloverOrderSyncEnabled: true in config/integrations. Card on file works without it.
